Katie and Chad are just one of our AMAZING 2020 couples and their engagement has us counting the days until their big day in July! Amanda H. is the lucky one to be their lead photographer and I think it was fate that she got them as one of her couples. We love engagement sessions because they give us some one – on – one time to get to know our couples. As we chatted during the session the similarities between Katie and Chad’s relationship and Amanda H and her husband’s relationship were adorable!
Both were high school sweethearts meeting in 10th grade, getting engaged in college and the BEST PART: they both have the same first dance song! “The Way You Look Tonight by Eric Clapton”
Katie and Chad decided to have their engagement session in Downtown York, PA. A must for us and these guys were to hit all of the awesome murals that downtown provides. Then we jumped down to Market and Cherry Lane to take in the beautiful brick walkways and string lights.
