It’s hard to believe that we’re coming up on a year since Brittany and Hunter invited me to be a part of their amazing destination wedding journey in Jamaica! Heck, it’s hard to believe that this job brings me to places like Half Moon Luxury Resort in JAMAICA!!! This is not your average hotel wedding, no sir!

This day was a long time in the making. Like even before Brittany and Hunter came to find each other! Brittany’s dad had visited the resort years ago and absolutely fell in love. Then proclaiming Brittany would get married there one day. When we arrived, we were blown away and knew exactly what Brittany’s dad was talking about!

While we were so fortunate to spend an entire week on the resort with them, the wedding day was of course the highlight of the trip! Brittany and Hunter spent the morning and early afternoon getting ready in their private villas and included all of their kiddos, closest family and friends in the preparation experience. The ceremony was held on the beach close to sunset, giving us some time run around the resort before night. Then meeting all of thier friends and family at the beach side resturant and bar for a wild reception. Finally, ending the night at a beach side bon-fire!

Destination weddings light me up inside! Not only does it give me a chance for an adventure and a new experience, but they give the couple and their guests the same. And boy can you just feel it in the energy there! I will never forget this day, this couple or this adventure! Thank you so much Brittany and Hunter!
