It’s always such an honor to be a part of a couples’ wedding, but boy did that that really sink in yesterday. It’s been 13 weeks since our last wedding or really being able to do any form of photography and these two were the perfect way to start it off again!
Emily and Brandon, like so many other couples planning their weddings for this past Spring, got a big old Covid wrench thrown in their original wedding day plans. While yesterday might not have been what they’d been dreaming of for the past two years, it was nothing short of AMAZING. From day one of photographing weddings, I’ve always loved the intimacy and beauty of a small wedding. The focus was purely on Emily and Brandon, their union and their closest family and friends. The day was theirs.
They were still able to have their ceremony on their original wedding date AND at their original wedding venue! The mountain views of Walnut Grove Farms in Dover, PA were absolutely stunning and the perfect backdrop for Emily and Brandon’s ceremony. And these two were so adorable during their sweet ceremony, I’m pretty sure Brandon almost let a tear sneak out 😉
After the ceremony, I was able to roam the massive and gorgeous property with Emily and Brandon for their couple portraits. We had such a blast, I could have spent all day with those two <3
Now I can’t wait for our team to be there when they do it all over again (just on a little bigger scale 😉 ) this August!!!
